Jenkins Enterprises started out as a small lawn mowing and do it all handyman service back in 2006. We have evolved from a small brother run company to a larger landscaping company and then into a home emergency service that specializes in water, fire, smoke and storm damage in your home as well as construction and reconstruction.

What are your hours?
We are available 24 hours 7 days a week for emergency work such as water, fire, smoke and mold problems.
Our regular office hours are weekdays from 7:00am until 4:00pm.

We are a preferred vendor for many national and local insurance companies! We work closely with your insurance company to get your project completed quickly.
I have a home emergency (such as flooding, mold, smoke damage, fire damage), what do I do first?
After the storm or fire clears, keep calm and call Jenkins Enterprises emergency line at 301.885.6143 ASAP. We will get a team member out to you quickly and we will then inform you of the home insurance process as well as what to expect for your project.
How do insurance claims work?
All insurance companies differ but typically, after you call Jenkins Enterprises, we will come out and check on your home or business claim. The homeowner will then contact your insurance company to start a claim. After your insurance company is notified of a claim, we will give them an estimate for work that needs done. Sometimes an insurance adjuster will come and check out the damage before approval. When your insurance company approves, Jenkins Enterprises will begin work. At the end of the process, we will bill your insurance company but usually the homeowners are responsible for paying the contractor (Jenkins Enterprises) a deductible.
What is our emergency response time?
We usually respond to a home within 2-4 hours after your initial phone call with Josh.
