Jenkins Enterprises started out as a small lawn mowing and do it all handyman service back in 2006. We have evolved from a small brother run company to a larger landscaping company and then into a home emergency service that specializes in water, fire, smoke and storm damage in your home as well as construction and reconstruction.

We have been servicing the entire Southern Maryland area since 2006.

We are available 24 hours 7 days a week for emergency work such as water, fire, smoke and mold problems. Our regular office hours are weekdays from 7:00am until 4:00pm.

Jenkins Enterprises is IICRC certified and insured for all emergency work. We also have our builders licenses for all construction work. We offer free estimates and we know once you meet with us, you will enjoy our company as well as our fair prices. We also have built our own homes and have had our own home emergencies happen so we understand what a homeowner needs during a catastrophe in their own home or what a customer wants when remodeling or building. We love to work with our customers!

We are a preferred vendor for many national and local insurance companies! We work closely with your insurance company to get your project completed quickly.

After the storm or fire clears, keep calm and call Jenkins Enterprises emergency line at 301.885.6143 ASAP. We will get a team member out to you quickly and we will then inform you of the home insurance process as well as what to expect for your project.

All insurance companies differ but typically, after you call Jenkins Enterprises, we will come out and check on your home or business claim. The homeowner will then contact your insurance company to start a claim. After your insurance company is notified of a claim, we will give them an estimate for work that needs done. Sometimes an insurance adjuster will come and check out the damage before approval. When your insurance company approves, Jenkins Enterprises will begin work. At the end of the process, we will bill your insurance company but usually the homeowners are responsible for paying the contractor (Jenkins Enterprises) a deductible.

We usually respond to a home within 2-4 hours after your initial phone call with Josh.
